1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 234bd platform and its users ("Members"). By accessing the 234bd platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

234bd is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services in Bengali for players in Bangladesh. The platform operates on the principles of safe, transparent, and responsible gaming.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 Registration Requirements

To become a member, you must:

• Each person may create only one account — if multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, 234bd reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. This may require submission of a national ID, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.

3. Account Security

Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. 234bd will never ask you to share your account password or login details with any third party.

3.1 Member Responsibilities

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 234bd support team immediately.

3.2 Account Sharing Prohibited

No member may allow another person to use their account. If evidence of account sharing is found, the account or accounts in question will be suspended immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods can be used to make deposits at 234bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods).
• Deposits must be made only from an account registered in the name of the member.
• Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned immediately and the associated account will be reviewed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the member's own name.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if identity verification or a security review is required.

4.3 Currency & Transactions

234bd operates entirely in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All balances, bonuses, wins, losses, and transactions are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

234bd offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳16,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit.

• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses can be used for betting purposes only — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.
• 234bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of a breach of bonus terms is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

The 234bd VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can move up to higher tiers based on regular play and engagement with the platform.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Game & Betting Rules

Each game and sports betting market available on 234bd has its own rules, which are described in detail on the relevant game page. In the event of any technical error or dispute, 234bd's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Fairness of Game Outcomes

7. Prohibited Activities

234bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Financial chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Requirement for a security review or KYC verification.

8.2 Member Rights

Any member may request voluntary closure of their account at any time. Valid funds held in the balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed; however, any bonus funds for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.
